I'm implementing some vehicle routing algorithms and I'd like to use the GENI insertion described in Gendreau, Hertz, and Laporte. I'm wondering if anyone knows of an efficient open source implementation of GENI that I could either use in my code or use as a starting point for my implementation (assuming the code's license allows this). I'd prefer C++ but anything would be worth looking at instead of going from scratch. The COIN-OR project VRP-H does not use GENI. I've also looked on the most popular open code repository sites (sourceforge, github, google code, bitbucket) for GENI implementations and didn't find anything.
