You need to understand that if you ask a very general question like this one, you will get a very general (useless) answer or no answer at all. Please specify your problem, the way you tried to model it, and please formulate a precise question like "how to I model this with a linear constraint", or "what variables do I have to use to accomplish ..." From your "question" I do not see whether you have trouble with the model or with OPL or ...
